IT-Techie has a minimum charge policy.
We always plan to work in your home. Sometimes it may be necessary to take your computer to our workshop for a more thorough examination and to reduce your charges.
We try to make informed and accurate estimates but sometimes we need more time to repair your computer. Should the work take longer than expected there may be additional charges.
We endeavour to work at a time that suits you - You won’t be required to wait in all day for our engineer.
We mainly work in and around Needham Market and Stowmarket in Mid Suffolk. Our prices are set for the local shaded area. Other areas will have a travelling allowance applied.
